Our fees are based on the highest quality of treatment and personalized service that we provide for you.

In general the following payment options are available: 

Cash, Check, Debit

MasterCard/Visa/Discover/American Express

Flex Spending Account

CareCredit (12 mos interest-free option) 

Chase (24mos interest-free option)

Most major insurance plans including:

Metlife, United Concordia , Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, Chips and Delta Dental

If you have dental insurance, we will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits according to the terms of your plan and we'll be happy to process your claims.  The purpose of dental insurance is to cover some –but not all- costs.  Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.  We ask that payment be made during each office visit, unless other arrangements have been made with our third-party finance companies.  Thank you for your cooperation in this regard.  It allows us to minimize costs and continue to provide excellent dentistry.

For major treatment we offer accounting adjustments for payment in full by cash or check on the day treatment is presented or in advance of the first scheduled treatment appointment.  

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment.  We reserve the right to charge $50 if proper notification is not given.

If multiple appointments are missed we then reserve the right to charge a $75 fee for you to reschedule your next appointment.  This fee will be applied against the charges for your next appointment or be non-refundable if you fail to show for that appointment or do not give 48 hours notice of cancellation.  Please help us serve you better by keeping your reserved scheduled appointments.
